HFS is a state-licensed, accredited, nondenominational,nonprofit serving residents of Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, Riverside and San Bernardino counties with quality counseling and adoption services. Birth parents receive free counseling and if choosing adoption, may receive counseling throughout their lifetime. Adoptive parents receive education and services for adopting infants and older children.
