As we celebrate our 75th Anniversary at the Circle of Hope Gala, HFS would like to express our deep gratitude to the following honorees:

The Los Angeles Episcopal Diocese and The Rt. Rev. J. Jon Bruno, VI Bishop of Los Angeles
Bishop Bruno gave HFS a new home in 2007 when the agency became an institution of the Diocese, and since then, the Diocese has steadfastly supported our life-changing work.
We lost Bishop Bruno in April of 2021, but he will be represented by his son and daughter-in-law who are currently on the HFS Board of Directors, Phil and Mary Bannan Bruno. Representing the Los Angeles Episcopal Diocese will be the current Bishop, The Rt. Rev. John H. Taylor, and his wife Kathleen O’Connor.
The California Endowment and retiring CEO Dr. Robert Ross
The California Endowment’s crucial support for HFS programs expanded access to healthcare for underserved adopted children, children in foster care, and birth parents.
The Mozilo Family Foundation
This private family foundation started by Phyllis and Angelo Mozilo has provided HFS with essential financial support for many years, helping HFS create forever families.
Thank you to all of our supporters at this year’s Circle of Hope
